Professional Tutoring

     WINDS offers free tutoring through our professional tutors. Three tutors are available for students use. The subjects they cover are English, mathematics, reading and speech. The tutoring lab is set up on a walk-in basis for SSS members. Tutor’s hours are posted each semester on the lab door.

     Student Support Services tutoring lab provides group and one-on-one tutoring. Tutoring can be a vital key to forming rudimentary skills and mastering subjects. Numerous TRIO alumni credit the tutoring program for their academic success. 

 Individual Tutoring

     Student Support Services participants may request tutoring for ANY courses not covered in the tutorial lab. Contact WINDS or academic support for more details.

 Online Tutoring

     Western Oklahoma State College provides five (5) free hours of online tutoring per semester available through the "Connect to an Expert Tutor" link on your CANVAS.
