I-9 & E-Verify

All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document upon hire. Western Oklahoma State College will verify all I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification Form) information through an online system.

Background Information

Employment will require successful competition of a background check. The candidate will receive a conditional offer for employment contingent upon background check results. The background check will be completed by a third party provider. The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes the accuracy, fairness and privacy of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies
