The Pioneer Perks Card Program is a fundraiser for the WOSC Alumni Association and student organizations at Western Oklahoma State College. Now in its eleventh year, the Perks Card Program has proven to be a successful fundraiser for Western and a successful promotional tool for the participating businesses featured on the card!
