The WOSC Rodeo Team held their first annual Rodeo Banquet Tuesday, May 10th. The athletes were celebrated for their hard work and dedication during the year.
Guest Speaker Kenyon Burns started the evening with encouraging words full of advice for their futures and tips for perseverance. Thanks to numerous donors in the community and surrounding areas, guests had the opportunity to win many high-end door prize items. The evening ended with Coach Tierney recognizing the athletes and presenting awards.

Jeremiah (JC) Yeahquo from Crescent, OK received the Top Hand Award after receiving the most points, during the season. Sage Shaw from Duke, OK, was named the MVT "Most Valuable Teammate".

Jeremiah Yeahquo, Corben Culley, and Jordan Lovins, were also recognized, for qualifying for the 2022 College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, WY June 12-18.

The 21-22 year was very successful for our cowboys and cowgirls both inside and outside the classroom!

Pioneers qualified for 66 short rounds
7 top 5 team finishes
12 students on the President/Vice President's Honor Roll
There are 11 2022 Western graduates.
We are so proud of our Pioneers!

Thank you to the many families, coaches, faculty, and staff that support the rodeo team year round. We are proud to be in Southwest Oklahoma and #proudtobepioneer.
